This function serves to transfer tracks and cabling to the layers for insulated tracks ('Plus Tracks'), insulated cabling ('Plus Cabling') and insulated connectors ('Plus Connectors'). During object selection, the program filters out all objects not located on the 'Minus Tracks', 'Minus Cabling' or 'Minus Connectors' layers.
