Creating Accommodations with the EPU Object Inserter

Description:

In ProSig, an Accommodation is a Dot-like Object that, depending on the setting of the attribute 'Accommodation, type' in the project drawing.

There are currently three different ways to insert this object into the drawing. If an Accommodation is inserted, as it is described on the page Creating Accommodations, as type 'Gebäude' with corresponding attachment 'Fundament' is pre-controlled.

If the Accommodation is inserted, as described on the Key/Lock Dependencies page, the type 'Schaltschrank/Schaltkasten' with corresponding attachment 'Pfosten' is pre-controlled.

If the Accommodation is inserted as described on the current page, the type and the attachment must be entered manually using the object attributes.

Procedure:
 

1.The Creation of an Accommodation can be performed with the function EPU-Object Inserter. Select the Object type 'Accommodation'.

2.With the button 'Paste' a new object 'Accommodation' can be inserted into the drawing. There are several options for selecting the insertion point of the Accommodation. These are described in more detail under Creating Accommodations, Step 2.
 

oThe Accommodation is a Dot-like PSO and receives a graphical representative (circle) in the project drawing. The object is stored on the PRS-ACCOMMODATION layer.

3.After insertion, all relevant data should be entered using the Edit Object(s) function.

Ribbon: ProSig EPU -> Tools -> Edit Object(s)

oFor the 'Name' attribute (A), enter the name of the Accommodation.
 

oFor the 'Accommodation, type' attribute (B), select the Accommodation type. The representation of the Accommodation in the drawing changes according to the set type in accordance with Ril 819.9002.

oFor the 'Accommodation, mounting' (C) attribute, select the type of attachment of the Accommodation.
 

oOn the page Creating Accommodations, Step 4 all other attributes are described, which are assigned accordingly to the selected insertion point of the Accommodation.
