Planning Processes in Signalling Layout Plan

The Process of ETCS Level 2 planning is based on ProSig-created PT1 Planning in a ProSig project. The Basic planning process is described under ETCS Level 2 Planning Processes. In the following, the individual steps specifically required for ETCS Level 2 planning are explained.

The Signalling layout plan requires the following steps to be performed:

•Setting Up Planning Project

•Importing ETCS Data Point Addresses

•Editing the Speed Data

•Inserting ETCS Track Equipment (Data Points)

•Assigning the ETCS Range
